Managing Your Account

Update your profile, change your password, manage your subscription, and delete your account.

Update your profile

Go to Account on the web or in the mobile app to update your display name, location, search radius, game types, and availability. Changes take effect immediately for the next game.

Change your phone number

In Account → My Info, tap "Change Phone" and enter a new US/Canada number. We'll send a 4-digit code by SMS — enter it to verify, then save changes. Your old number is replaced for all future notifications.

Change your password

In Account → Change Password, enter your current password and a new one (minimum 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, and a number). For security, we verify your current password before applying the change.

Reset a forgotten password

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. We'll send a reset link. The link works once and expires after a short time.

Manage your subscription

In Account → Subscription you can see your current plan and trial end date. To upgrade, downgrade, or cancel, tap "Manage Billing" — this opens the Stripe customer portal where you can update payment methods, view invoices, and change plans.

Delete your account

In Account → Delete My Account you can permanently delete your profile, credentials, and history. This cannot be undone. Use this if you no longer want to be on Let's Mahj Together.
